We offer a one hour complimentary consultation to all
prospective clients to discuss wedding dreams and plans. Our services
include us directing the rehearsal, ceremony and reception activities.
You can hire one of our coordinator/planners to assist
in the following ways:
- Full Service - Help plan your entire wedding including
budget, schedule of events,vendor selections, appointments
and negotiation of contracts, site choices, gown selection, etc. Unlimited
email / phone access, and up to twenty hours consulting time.
- Basic Coordination Service - One initial consultation,
and one final consultation two weeks prior to wedding day. At final
consultation we take over to organize all of the details, tie up loose
ends and
work
with
vendors.

email / phone access, and up to five hours consulting time.
- Consultation by the hour
During the final consultation with the couple, we discuss
details for the rehearsal, ceremony and wedding activities. At this time,
we take
possesion of everything needed for the wedding and accept responsibility
for coordination and scheduling of vendors, leaving our brides time to
focus on family and friends involved in the wedding. From this point,
your consultant becomes the contact person for the vendors and is responsible
for the direction of the wedding activities.
